Deborah loves life in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with her husband Nic and their four children: Abigail, Hannah, Elizabeth, and Jonathan. Her life-long learning adventure has included a BA from UPenn in Jewish Studies, an MDiv from Evangelical Seminary with awards in systematic theology and biblical studies, and training in 5Q (spiritual gifting, group dynamics, and organizational change). Deborah has worked for over a decade in the church fostering healthy congregations with a focus on spiritual growth and learning opportunities. She has also worked with start-ups, nonprofits, and companies navigating high-growth structure implementation in roles of operations management, business development, and consultant. She is passionate about working with individuals and groups of all sizes to create learning experiences that result in life change.
