Connect Through Music
Chancel Choir (grades 7 – adult): Our Chancel Choir sings most Sundays from September through the beginning of June. We will rehearse Wednesday evenings at 7 PM in the choir room beginning on Wednesday, September 3rd.
Men’s Voices of Calvary (grades 7 – adult): This vocal ensemble sings two to three times throughout the year. Rehearsals will be advertised in the newsletter, bulletin and online. We will sing for both worship services on November 9th. We will rehearse Wednesday, October 29th and November 5th from 6:30 – 7:00 pm in the choir room.
Women’s Voices of Calvary (grades 7 – adult): This vocal ensemble sings about two to three times throughout the year. Rehearsals will be advertised in the newsletter, bulletin and online. We will sing for both worship services on October 12th. We will rehearse Wednesday, October 1st and October 8th from 6:30 – 7:00 pm in the choir room.
Christmas Voices of Calvary (grades 7 – adult): Join us as we will sing Joel Raney’s cantata “A Thrill of Hope” at both worship services on Sunday, December 21st. Rehearsals will be held in the choir room on Wednesdays from 7:00 – 7:45 pm. Our first rehearsal will be on Wednesday, September 17th.
Youth Singers (grades 7—12): We have opportunities for our youth to sing with any of our adult choirs and ensembles. Opportunities may also be offered to youth who desire to sing based upon interest. Contact Deb Benedict with your willingness to sing.
Children’s Choir (ages 3—6th grade): Our Children’s Choir sings about one Sunday a month. We rehearse Wednesdays from 5 to 5:30 PM. Our first rehearsal will be September 17th in the Children’s Choir room.
Handbells - Bells of Calvary
Our first rehearsal will be Monday, September 15th at 7 PM in the bell room. Any interested individuals who were not in the Bells of Calvary last year should contact Deb Benedict and inquire if there are positions available.
